Safety Recruitment International Women’s Day 2022 (March 8th) Campaign
Ran by women in safety, for the women in Safety!!!!
For International Women's day 2022, the theme is #BeatTheBias. Safe Search (Safety headhunters) wanted to use this important day to honour some incredible women from the safety industry. Safety/PPE is often seen as a man’s world, but we feel it is vital to highlight the many amazing and powerful women who are influential parts of the industry.
We created a campaign to showcase inspiring women from the Safety and PPE Industry and celebrate their successes & power across all of our platforms. Through social media, we asked our network to #NominateAnInspiringWoman from the safety world, and we received a staggering number of responses. Lots of influential safety professionals got involved to nominate some of the best Women in Safety, with many women being nominated multiple times for their achievements.
Congratulations to these women for being so inspiring to so many different people in the safety industry, we have decided to reward the woman with the most nominations with a personalised trophy to celebrate their achievement which will be delivered anywhere in the world, we will be also creating social media posts dedicated to this inspiring WOMAN. The women who come in second and third will also receive a prize to show our appreciation for their contributions to the safety world.
We hope this campaign can help promote lots of successful women in the safety world and give them the opportunity to support & network with fellow women in safety.
