Safe Search headhunters are assisting a well-known PPE manufacturer in recruiting a talented and diverse Product Marketing Manager based in Germany Hilden, the person hired will be part of a small Marketing team, 7-11 people so far and growing. Previous PPE experience is important, and you need to be interested in developing a nearly new sector/product for our client.

Area of responsibility and tasks:

• Development and support of the entire PPE product range.
• Coordinate with global product management, supply chain and the DACH sales staff.
• Market and competition analysis.
• Quantity planning for new products and promotions.
• Pricing of new products and promotions.
• Analysis of sales figures for products and product categories as well as managing these following the company's objectives and requirements.
• Work with global product management to create product information or research activities.
• Creating product-related sales documents, for example, catalogues, price lists and promotions.
• Production, evaluation and management of sales promotions.
• Planning and implementation of various events, trade fair appearances and roadshows.
• Support of the sales team with customer requirements, presentations and product launches.

Professional and personal requirements:

• Commercial/business training with a focus on product management & marketing.
• Several years of relevant experience in product management with a focus on PPE.
• Understanding of commercial situations and marketing aspects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to use a range of MS Office applications (particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
• An efficient and flexible worker.
• A high level of enthusiasm, hands-on mentality and initiative.
• A team spirit.
• Strong communication skills and happy to work in an intercultural context.
• Self-motivated and well organised.
• Willing to travel. Fluent in both German and English.
