Safe Search International is delighted to be working in partnership with the world’s leading PPE and Tooling company. Currently, we are assisting them in many projects in Europe. We are currently on the search for a Sales Specialist based in North Germany, to help in sales with Channel partners and distributors around Germany.

Area of responsibility and tasks:

• Act as the primary contact between the company and its end customer with the key account and regional sales team.
• Support the development and implementation of relevant training to conduct practical demonstrations for end-users and internal personnel.
• Active search for new end customers to present and hand over leads to trading partners.
• Understand end-customer requirements, present suitable PSA products, and ensure a profitable sale.
• Care and development to end customers in person, by phone and by e-mail as well as ensuring that a continuous service and support is offered.
• Evaluation of market and customer information for future product developments.
• Dealer support of tenders and offers.
• Lead generation and professional tracking.
• Reporting to a Key Account PPE GALP.
• Support and preparation of (in-house) trade fairs.
• Reporting of end-customer opportunities and ongoing pipeline.

Professional and personal requirements:

• Professional experience in the field of PPE and premium branded products.
• Experience in product training.
• Reliable knowledge of PPE guidelines and standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and contact skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience in dealing with CRM systems.
• A likeable personality who can work as part of a fast-paced and growing team.
• Independent and result-oriented way of working.
• Travel approx. 70%
• Car driver's license
